- In your home personal training, provided to a select group of pre-qualified clients. Fully respecting social distancing, all of our equipment is sanitized prior to and post-session. Sessions run for 55-minutes.
- Online, 1-2-1, or small group (family & friends) training sessions delivered via Zoom, Facebook Live or WhatsApp.
- Creation of customized training plans for clients who wish to work alone. Easy to follow, each session is created to meet your needs and enhance your fitness without visiting a gym.

While much of the 2020 Triathlon racing season has already been canceled, many clients have chosen to maintain their training regime, with the hope that racing may return in late 2020.

- Run video analysis. Send us a video of your run action and we will review and produce a detailed review of your run mechanics, together with drills and exercises designed to help improve your running form.
