Video Analysis FAQ
1: Sessions generally last for 60:00 minutes
2: Swim or Run! Your private session will involve approximately 20 minutes of swim/run activity and 40 minutes of video review and private coaching.
3: Each session wraps with a review and take-away notes.
4: Post-session you clients receive easy to follow notes, suggested drills (with video links) that emphasize desired changes and all video shot at each session is edited together for home review.
5: Each client receives a 20-minute follow up call, delivered either by Skype or telephone, to review notes and video .
